Events
We hold exciting events throughout the year to support H&F suppliers and buyers. These are all free to attend and are helpful in a myriad of ways. They are held on site in local venues and online where applicable. These events are open to suppliers that are based in Hammersmith & Fulham. Upcoming events include a Passiv Haus Workshop on 29 August 2025 and a Networking event on the 4 December 2025.
If you are not on our mailing list, your first step is to register. Registration is free and applicable to all suppliers that work inside of the Hammersmith & Fulham borough.

Making Passivhaus Affordable Presentation & Tour
Date: 29th August 2025; Time: 9.30am – 12.00pm
This is an exciting and unique opportunity to learn more about how this standard for energy efficiency in buildings can be delivered at an economic cost. The principles of Passivhaus include high levels of insulation,
airtight construction, and the use of heat recovery ventilation systems, which together ensure that buildings remain energy-efficient and comfortable year-round. This seminar will be relevant to architects, builders, M&E
contractors and consultants and will be valid for CPD credits.

Meet the buyer events
Throughout the year we pull together buyers and suppliers to sit down and discuss exciting tenders. These events are very popular and quite fruitful for everyone. If you are a supplier in H&F, these are free events, not to be missed. Take a look at our NEWS page just to see how successful these have been for some local companies recently, with new successes being added to our report every quarter.
Our latest event was held on the 14th of May 2025 at the Nourish Hub. There were 23 delegates from 20 SMEs and 8 buyers. 75 meetings were held. Buyer feedback forms indicate that 41 tender enquiries are due to go out. All in, a very successful event!

Green Skills workshops
We have just completed six Green Skills Workshops in Hammersmith & Fulham. These exciting events both in person and online were completely free for supplier businesses in H&F to attend, and were presented by industry experts who discussed topics including: SSIP Accreditations and Requirements, Renewables Installation and the New Procurement Act among others.

NETWORKING events
We regularly hold FREE networking events where suppliers in Hammersmith & Fulham have an opportunity to meet other trades and connections that may support you in obtaining tenders and building relationships in your borough. These are local evening events with a great turnout. The energy, enthusiasm and networking is a great experience for everyone and highly recommended!
