December 2022 Contract Wins

Green Structural Engineering has won another contract from Kier Places this time for recladding advice on the Edward Woods Estate

Match Lighting Studio has won consultancy work from Domus Projects following their meeting at our Meet the Buyer event in September 22.

Environ Property Services has obtained work from Romulus Properties  for damp repairs 

New Contract wins from Meet the Buyer

Gaze A Glaze Ltd has obtained work from MyConstruction, who they met at our Meet the Buyer event, to install Mansafe systems and carry out safety testing.

Environ Property Services has obtained work from Kier Places, also met at the event, for damp and mould prevention work. 

Some 17 other tender enquiries are expected to be issued by the buyers attending. The Meet the Buyer event attracted 6 Buyers and over 20 local suppliers. Some 50 one to one meetings were held.

CHAS Certificates awarded

Tony Stewart from our team has been helping local companies, who want to do more commercial work, to obtain CHAS accreditation, which is a key Health & Safety award . So far three companies have been successful. They are TNS Electrical Solutions Ltd, Stala Antoniades Architects and Avian Works Landscape Gardening Ltd. We are helping a number of others to progress their applications.

TNS Electrical Solutions Ltd

TNS has worked hard with our help to get CHAS in place and has submitted their application, paid the subscription and received their certificate of accreditation. In their words ‘Tony has been fantastic and held their hand all the way through’. 

Stala Antoniades Architects

Stala has now has her CHAS Health & Safety Assessment approved. She says: “Tony’s help and creative ways of fusing all information and legislation together to respond to queries was genius! I would recommend him to anyone”

Avian Works Landscape Gardening Ltd
